This tunnel extension Cap is constructed out of 6061 (.065) Aircraft Quality aluminum. They come with a bumper bracket (Center)to support the factory snowflap .We have these tunnel caps available in 141",146/153/154",162,and 174" lengths.We also can offer different color options that may not be listed so feel free to email us.

All the necessary hardware is included.

To install: Remove the gas tank so you can get at the rivets on the top and the suspension has to be removed to grind the rivets from the inside flush.

Tools needed: Rivet gun (preferably Air Rivet gun), 3/16 drill Bit, Sander or grinder. Install time approx 4 hours.

 We recommend to measure the top of your factory tunnel cap to confirm proper length of bumper you will need.Any questions feel free to email us.
